Eva Mazi completed her secondary school education within the Fashion Design Department of the School for Design and Photography in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In 2006 she graduated from the Industrial Design Department of the Academy of Fine Art and Design in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
In 2007 she perfected her knowledge of fashion design while studying at Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir, Turkey. Her focus was primarily on textile finishing, enhancing and refining textiles, different techniques for printing on textiles and jewelry making. This was also an opportunity for her to learn about fashion and design in different cultures.

Throughout her career she has worked on a wide variety of fashion projects and has successfully participated in a number of competitions. From 2012 onwards she works for her own fashion brand evamazi.
